1 CORONARY ARTERY BYPASS GRAFT:
Coronary Artery Bypass Graft Surgery (CABG) is one of most common heart surgery to restore the blood flow to the heart bypassing the blocked segment of artery. A coronary artery may be unsuitable for bypass grafting if it is small (< 1 mm or < 1.5 mm), heavily calcified, or located within the heart muscle rather than on the surface
2. CARDIAC CATHETERIZATION & PCI:
Cardiac catheterization is a minimally invasive procedure in which a thin tube like structure called catheter is guided into the heart, usually through a blood vessel in the leg or arm. Once inside the heart, it can be used to diagnose or treat a problem with stent.
3. MITRAL & AORTIC VALVE REPAIR:
Valves are like doorways of different chambers of heart and allows blood flow in one direction. When these door ways are closed, they form a seal between these chambers and blood vessels hence, helping in channeling the blood flow in one direction.
Heart contains four main valves : Tricuspid, Pulmonic, Mitral and Aortic. These valves may become narrow or get leaky leading to changes in heart muscles and function. In some cases, the valve may be repaired. In other cases, it must be replaced with a valve made of animal material or metal.
4. PACEMAKER/ DEFIBRILLATOR:
Pacemaker is a device that generates electrical impulses delivered by small electrical wire to cause the heart muscle /chambers to contract and therefore pump the blood. Defibrillator is similar kind of device which is implanted near upper chest and able to give electrical shock to heart after detecting abnormal and life threatening heart rhythm and brings heart to normal rhythm.
5 TAVR:
It is minimally invasive procedure to treat severely narrow aortic valve by implanting and replacing the aortic valve by using tube like structure called catheter in to heart usually through blood vessels of the body.
6 MITRAL CLIP:
It is minimally invasive procedure to treat severe leakage of valve by putting a clip at mitral valve site by using catheter which is tube like structure through one of blood vessels in the leg.
7 LVAD:
It is an electro mechanical device implanted through surgery for assisting blood circulation in the body in order to replace or assist the failing weak heart muscles. It is offered in very limited centers for patients with severely weak heart muscle.

I have noticed that Mitral valve repair improves results in patients with heart failure and moderate-to-severe or severe secondary mitral regurgitation as compared to medical therapy alone.
